adidas designs, develops and produces the official UEFA Champions League ball. This limited and handcrafted art box whose mere outward appearance pays homage to football, served as a special gift for the top UEFA management.
It shows elements of a traditional football mixed with materials that represent the technical aspect of designing and developing such a piece of sports equipment. Inside the box four studs of football boots are holding a black laser-etched plexi sheet highlighting the recipients names in a team line-up.
Underneath 12 photographs referring to the key values of the UEFA are mounted on cotton paper and grafted on the back in letterpress printing. In the lower level of the box there is a small present for the recipient - an adidas miCoach training system, personalized for each recipient.
